Nothin' new 'round here.
Nothing new going on here. Miles appears to be having a growth spurt because he's eating like a piglet and he's been sleeping like crazy...neither of which I'm sorry to see happening! I love growth spurts! :-)
He's taken to saying "That's what I'm talkin' 'bout!" when you finally understand what he's talking about. The other day I gave him his yogurt and he didn't thank me so I said "Miles, what do you say?" He promptly responded without hesitation "I thank thee." :-) I thought I misunderstood him so I asked him again and he sure enough said it over again twice. Such a funny little guy!
Papa (Robert) has wrapped him in his manky and swung him around in the living room the other day. We almost died when Miles yelled "I'm body hangin'!" haha. So now everytime Papa comes over Miles asks him to do "body hangin". Robert is clever though and thought to save his back some hardship he'd pull him around on his manky, which is now called "body pullin" and team up with Brad to do another favorite "body swingin".
He spent this past Monday (MLK Day) with Granny and Poppy (Johnda & Cecil). He drove his new Ford F-150 around their yard and played games and ate candy (yes, Granny he told me). :-) They all had a blast! Miles was so excited to spend the day with them and they were thrilled to get to spend the day with him.
Well, that's all I can think of for now. We just booked our vacation. Destin, Florida in June. I'm soooooo excited to take Miles back to the beach. He is going to LOVE it! Can't wait! I say that as we're snowed in. Boooooo! I'm so done with winter...can we have some spring please?
